以毒攻毒为治法术语[1]。出《本草纲目》卷四十。使用有毒性的药物治疗恶疮病毒的方法[1]。如大枫子辛热有毒，入丸剂内服，治疗麻风；藤黄酸涩有毒，外敷治疗痈疮；露蜂房甘平有毒，研末用猪油和涂，用以治疗头癣[1]。
